These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) govern the terms of use of the Fuvarbörze.hu website (“Service”). Please read this GTC carefully before using our services. By accepting the terms stated here, all Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules and conditions.

2. Using the Service

2.1. User Group

The Service can be utilized by transporters (“Transporter”) and clients (“Client”). By registering, Users confirm that they are capable of acting and can enter into legally binding agreements. The purpose of the service is to create an efficient connection among participants in the transport market, ensuring quick and easy communication.

2.2. Registration

Users must register to use the Service. During registration, Users are required to provide accurate data. Providing incorrect or false information may result in deletion of the registration. The Provider reserves the right to request additional information to verify the User’s identity during the data verification process.

2.3. Clients' Usage

Clients can use the Service free of charge. No fees are charged for advertisements placed by Clients or transport offers. This enables Clients to freely research the best transportation solutions and directly contact Transporters.


3. Subscription Services

3.1. Transporters' Subscription

Transporters can access the full functionality of the platform through weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions allow Clients to view offers, contact prospective Transporters, and use other premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Stripe payment system, but for annual subscriptions, an advance bank transfer payment option is also available. The flexibility of subscriptions meets the needs of every Transporter.

3.2. Auto-renewing Subscriptions

The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the specified period unless the subscriber cancels it beforehand by logging into the Fuvarbörze control panel before the due date. We will notify of the renewal and the deduction of the next period's fee via email. This system ensures that Users can continuously enjoy the unbroken operation of the service.

In the case of an automatically renewing subscription, the subscription fee will be deducted automatically at each due date from the bank card. The subscription can be canceled anytime before the due date, thus there is no loyalty period. Cancellations and management of subscriptions (e.g., changing payment method or credit card) can be initiated from the Fuvarbörze control panel after logging in. In case of cancellation, no additional charge will occur on the credit card on the next payment due date, but the User can restart their subscription later by paying the currently valid subscription fee at the time of restart. Upon cancellation, we cannot guarantee that the amount payable will be the same upon restarting. If cancellation is not made before the due date, we will automatically charge the credit card, and the subscription fee will be deducted, thus the subscription will be valid until the next due date.

The service fees charged at Fuvarbörze will be invoiced with a 0% VAT due to “tax exemption”!

The Fuvarbörze utilizes Stripe.com's automatically renewing credit card subscription service.

The bank card information used for the subscription is not stored, managed, or accessed by Fuvarbörze. The payment process occurs in Stripe.com’s secure system.

3.3. Cancellation

The subscriber can cancel their subscription anytime through the Fuvarbörze control panel, effective at the end of the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not result in refunds for the already paid period. The cancellation procedure is quick and easy, facilitating decision-making for subscribers.

3.4. Using the FREE package without subscription

If you would like to send freight rate offers without a subscription, undertaking a platform usage fee, you must activate the FREE package! In this case, you only have to pay if a successful deal is made on the platform. In the case of the FREE package, the payable platform usage fee amounts to 12% of the net freight charge for van transport (up to 1200 kg), car transport (up to 2500 kg), and moving, and for larger vehicle requirements, namely over 1,200 kg of cargo weight, it will be 6% of the net freight charge. To activate the FREE package, you must link a valid credit card to your account! We will automatically charge your credit card the amount of the platform usage fee if the Client accepts your sent freight rate offer, thereby creating an electronic freight contracting agreement on the platform. If we cannot automatically charge the linked credit card due to insufficient funds or other reasons, the Client will not be able to accept your freight rate offer. In this case, the process fails, all your sent offers will be deactivated, the linked credit card will be removed from the platform, and we will disable access to the FREE package. If this happens, you can reactivate the FREE package anytime, re-link the credit card, or set another card. The FREE package can be canceled anytime, and you can disconnect the linked credit card anytime from the control panel. Important! If you have previous balance debts on the platform (i.e., your balance is negative), we will automatically charge the linked credit card for the amount of the debt as well. You can check the total of your balance in the control panel. If an electronically created freight contracting agreement fails due to the Client's fault and you confirm the case on the Client's profile page by leaving a negative review, we will refund the deducted fee to your balance account. If you have any further questions, please write to us on chat! We respond immediately, 24 hours a day.

In the case of multiple round offers, the success fee for platform usage is multiplied by the number of rounds. For example, in a 10-round, 3000 kg shipment with a €100/round offer, the success fee calculation goes as follows: 10 X 100 EUR / 0.06 = 60 EUR

If there is a fee of 1000 EUR/round for 10 rounds, a 600 EUR success fee must be paid. In this case, the PRO subscription may already be worth considering. You can change your subscription from FREE package to PRO subscription anytime, but we cannot accept complaints later if you find the charged amount on your credit card to be high.


4. Payment Terms

4.1. Fees and Payment

The subscription fees are periodically set by the Provider and are indicated on the website. All fees are understood in Hungarian Forints ("HUF"), unless stated otherwise. The Provider reserves the right to modify subscription fees, which will be communicated to Users in advance. To ensure transparency, we provide detailed information about the reasons and effects of the changes.

4.2. Invoicing

In case of utilizing paid services, the Provider issues an invoice to the user, sent to the email address provided during registration. The invoice will be issued based on the billing information provided by the user in the control panel. The invoices comply with current legal regulations and contain a precise definition of the services rendered. Invoices related to service fees contain 0% VAT due to the small business exemption (AAM). Invoices will be produced not manually but using our pre-programmed IT system by utilizing the Billingo.hu service. If the user provided incorrect billing data and an erroneous invoice is created, we will charge a 3,000 HUF administrative service fee for the cancellation of the invoice and for the manual issuance of a new invoice.


5. User Obligations

  • The User shall not use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • The User is obligated to ensure the accuracy of the data they provide.
