👎 Unreliable, did not fulfill the agreement. The same situation as described in the previous review occurred. The supposed carrier sent an SMS a moment ago, stating that the vehicle broke down and cannot complete the shipment. Of course, the phone is not answering, and I assume they blocked my number. I request the freight exchange to suspend the carrier!!!

👎 The shipment did not go through with him. Apparently, his vehicle broke down the day before, which he informed us of via email the next day.
Ultimately, the shipment was arranged hastily and at a higher cost through an external carrier.
I have been personally involved in international freight transportation for twenty years, so I feel there is something not quite right behind this situation.
My suggestion would be that, just as freight forwarding activities have the requirement of guarantees, we should also request similar guarantee conditions from carriers browsing the freight exchange. This could help the market operate with greater responsibility and accountability.

👎 Unfortunately, I CANNOT recommend!
Inaccurate, unreliable, and irritable. The customer cannot be blamed for traffic jams. They arrived at 11:30 instead of 8-10 o'clock. They did not assist with loading the goods — despite promises.
They arrived at the destination at midnight instead of 10 PM. After unloading, they simply drove off, stating they had to go to Budapest!
The shipment, which included a piano among other items, was left outside on the street all night!!! IN THE RAIN!!!
Without assistance, two persons obviously could not carry the piano into the house (approximately 8 meters on cobblestone)!!!
The incurred damages amount to at least €1500!!!
