This was the only way I could speak with you about the freight; unfortunately, this is a new rule here which has led to exactly such problems. My calls were polite and supportive, but ultimately I was unable to resolve the shipment for you in the way you would have preferred, and you spoke to me in an arrogant manner, and since you immediately lowered the price, I had no chance to withdraw.

👎 Dear customer, if I may phrase it this way, everything has two sides, and this whole story does as well. The customer placed an order for a 500kg J.C.B bucket, which ultimately weighed 800 kg. Naturally, I provided my price quote based on the 500 kg and not the 800 kg. After I delivered it on the requested date and even assisted with the unloading, I rightfully requested a surcharge of 15,000 HUF for the additional weight. I delivered the goods on the promised time as agreed. Additionally, I would like to mention that the esteemed customer wanted to send the bucket back with me after believing that I had not brought the correct one, of course at my expense. However, it eventually turned out that the manufacturer provided the correct item; it was just the customer who thought they were smarter and more experienced than the manufacturer.
